Loud Chorus From Parakeet Group

In this recording you can here some noisy parakeet sounds from a chorus of healthy and energetic birds. Here we have merely a dozen or so birds chirping away - can you image it what it sounds like to hear a native flock of many thousands of parakeets all vocalizing together ?

Well , wonder no more ! Thanks to the BBC program "EarthFlight" ( episode 5 ) we can see and hear exactly what a massive parakeet flock looks and sounds like. Let me tell you it's quite breathtaking !

The big flock get REALLY huge around to 1min30sec mark. One of the largest flocks of parakeets even seen !
